How much does the assessment cost?
It's a fixed fee, scoped to the size of your business and the areas we look at. You'll know the exact amount before we start, with no surprises.
Do we have to build with you afterwards?
No. The findings and the scoped first project are yours to keep. Many teams continue with us, but you're free to build in-house or with another partner.
How much of our team's time does it take?
Usually a few hours in total: short interviews with the people closest to the work, and the final working session.
Can you assess just one process?
Yes. We can focus on a single workflow you already have in mind, which makes the assessment shorter.
