This role is ideal for someone who already has practical development experience and wants to build a long-term career while working under guidance and mentorship. You will contribute to a live product and support ongoing development, bug fixing, maintenance, and feature improvements across multiple parts of the platform.

Responsibilities

Building and maintaining features in the web application

Building and maintaining features in the mobile application

Supporting backend API development and bug fixes

Working on database tasks such as queries, updates, and basic schema changes

Fixing issues across frontend, backend, and mobile applications

Testing and debugging existing and new features

Assisting with deployments and investigating production issues

Learning and gradually supporting Azure-related tasks

Supporting Play Store and App Store release-related technical tasks when required

Updating dependencies, fixing library issues, and improving compatibility

Working on small enhancements and product improvements under guidance

Supporting ongoing maintenance and stability of the live product

Required Skills

  • 1 to 2 years of software development experience
  • Basic to good experience with React or Next.js
  • Basic to good experience with React Native
  • Basic to good experience with backend development (C# / ASP.NET Core or similar)
  • Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases
  • Understanding of API integration and frontend-backend communication
  • Familiarity with Git and version control workflows (required)
  • Ability to debug issues and troubleshoot problems
  • Good communication skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks
  • Strong willingness to learn and grow into a full stack developer role

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to Microsoft Azure
  • Exposure to app deployment or release processes
  • Experience with SQL Server
  • Experience with third-party integrations such as Stripe, Firebase, or similar services
  • Experience maintaining an existing live product
