AI Agents

AI agents that finish the work, not just talk about it.

We design, build and run custom AI agents that read, decide and act across the tools your business already uses, and hand over to your team whenever judgment is needed.

What is an AI agent?

A chatbot answers questions. An agent gets things done. It reads an incoming request, works out what it needs, uses your tools to do it (look up a customer, update the CRM, draft a reply, create an order) and checks the result before moving on.

Good agents are narrow and dependable rather than clever and unpredictable. Each one has a clear job, a limited set of tools, rules for when to stop and ask, and a log of everything it did.

What we build

Everything it takes to run in production.

Lead and request handling

Qualify, enrich and route inbound leads and requests to the right person in minutes.

Works inside your systems

Reads and writes to your CRM, ERP, help desk, inbox and databases through secure integrations.

Multi-step workflows

Plans and carries out tasks that take several steps and several tools, not just one prompt.

Guardrails and approvals

Spending limits, allowed actions and human sign-off on anything sensitive or irreversible.

Evaluations and monitoring

Tested on your real cases before launch, with accuracy, cost and failures tracked after it.

Model-agnostic

Built on the best model for each job, from OpenAI, Anthropic and Google to open source.

How it works

Four steps, every time.

01

Trigger

A new email, form, message, ticket or schedule starts the agent.

02

Understand

It reads the request and gathers context from your systems and documents.

03

Act

It uses approved tools to do the work: look up, update, draft, create or route.

04

Check and hand off

It verifies the result, asks a person when unsure and logs every step.

Examples

Where it pays off.

Lead qualification agent

Scores inbound leads against your ideal customer, enriches them and books the good ones.

Order intake agent

Turns emails and PDFs into structured orders and flags anything unusual.

Support resolution agent

Solves routine tickets end to end using live order and account data.

Research agent

Prepares account, market and competitor briefs with sources.

Back-office agent

Reconciles records across systems and prepares exceptions for review.

Scheduling agent

Books, moves and confirms appointments across calendars and channels.

Built to be trusted.

Safety and control are designed in from the first day, not added at the end.

How we handle your data
  • Your data kept out of model training
  • Least-privilege access, every action logged
  • People approve anything sensitive
  • Hosted in your own cloud when needed

Questions

About AI agents.

What's the difference between an AI agent and a chatbot?

A chatbot answers questions in a conversation. An agent takes actions: it uses your systems to look things up, update records, create orders or send messages, and it can work in the background without anyone chatting to it.

Will an agent do things we haven't approved?

No. Every agent has a fixed list of tools and actions it's allowed to use, limits on what it can change, and human approval on anything sensitive. Every step it takes is logged.

How long does it take to build an AI agent?

A focused first agent usually goes live in 3 to 8 weeks after a short assessment, depending on the systems involved and how much review the work needs.

Which systems can an agent work with?

Most systems with an API or a reliable export: CRMs, ERPs, help desks, email, calendars, WhatsApp, databases and internal tools. We also use the Model Context Protocol (MCP) where it fits.

How much does an AI agent cost?

It depends on the work, the systems and the level of review it needs. We scope it after a short assessment and send a fixed proposal, so you know the cost before we start.
